Rayobyte website

What is Rayobyte?

Rayobyte, operated by Sprious LLC out of Lincoln, Nebraska, is a proxy network and web-scraping infrastructure provider that has been in business for more than 10 years. Its lineup includes residential proxies (40M+ IPs), static and rotating ISP and datacenter proxies, mobile proxies (400K+ static IPs), a Web Unblocker anti-bot endpoint, a Web Scraping API with a free monthly tier, and rayobrowse, a self-hosted Chromium-based browser tool. The company says it processes more than 20 petabytes of traffic monthly with over 50 full-time staff. Pricing is self-serve and pay-as-you-go, with a usage dashboard on its site.

Our verdict

Self-serve pricing, no required sales call, and a free scraping API tier make Rayobyte easy to test and scale incrementally across its range of proxy types. It has no disclosed funding round or third-party coverage, so buyers weighing long-term vendor stability against larger, better-documented competitors have less external signal to work with.

Categories:

Proxy networks sell access to large pools of IP addresses across residential, datacenter, ISP, and mobile types. They are the layer underneath most large scraping operations, deciding whether a request looks like a real user or a bot. These are the proxy-first vendors serp.fast leaves out and webscrape.dev covers in full.
