DataImpulse is a proxy provider with residential (90M+ IPs across 195+ countries), datacenter (20M+ IPs), and mobile (16M+ IPs) proxies for web scraping, ad verification, market research, and general data collection. It says it runs first-party IP pools rather than reselling, with pay-as-you-go pricing and no subscriptions: datacenter from $0.50/GB, residential from $1/GB (down to $0.8/GB at 1TB+ bulk volume), and mobile from $2/GB. HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 are both supported, with rotating and sticky sessions up to 120 minutes and geo-targeting by country, state, city, or ASN. Advanced targeting is billed as an add-on.
Our verdict
DataImpulse fits teams that already have their own scraping or browser-automation stack and just need IPs at a low per-GB rate, since it has no JS rendering or managed extraction API of its own. Independent reviews skew positive (a Proxyway award, 4.8/5 on G2), but its Trustpilot profile carries a platform-integrity flag and at least one review citing recent detection and blocking issues worth checking before committing volume.
